USTRG will help your School, business or organization uninstalling the old equipment. Please follow the procedures below for equipment removal
Equipment to be removed for reselling:
- Clean your computer’s hard disk drive, or label it NDDS “NEED DATA DESTRUCTION SERVICE”. Please contact us for more information about our data removal program at recycle@ustrg.comor contact us by phone at (614)850-0202
- Click submit your assets from the asset recovery page, and enter all required information, and click done.
- You will receive a confirmation email from USTRG.
- Someone will be contacted your organization to arrange for inspection.
- Equipment removal team will come, and professionally uninstall the equipment, and make it ready to be transported to our facility.
- Transportation will pick-up the equipment from your facility to ours.
- Equipment will be audited, and a copy of the auditing results will be faxed to your organization.
- A check will be issued after selling the equipment.
