Protection of our Customer Information 
USTRG understand the importance of privacy to our customers and website visitors.  USTRG ltd. Will not give or sell confidential or personal information about our customer to any third party not affiliated with their transaction, except as required by law or as necessary to provide USTRG services to the customer.

We collect and store information about every asset that we handle so that we can efficiently provide the asset retirement services required by our customers. We use information about our customers, their assets, and their shipping activity to provide or enhance the services we make available to our customers, communicate with our customers about additional services they may find of value, satisfy our legitimate business interests (including performing trend analysis and market studies), set prices, establish credit, fulfill contracts, accomplish the billing function, and comply with government regulations

As we collect and use information about our customers, we may contract with vendors to assist us in processing that information. These vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than helping to provide USTRG services to our customers.

Some of the information collected by USTRG is personal data or data which relates to an identifiable person. Examples of personal data are names, addresses, e-mail addresses, credit card numbers and telephone numbers. We never sell information to third parties that could be used to specifically identify an individual customer or group of customers. Anonym zed data, with all names, addresses and other personally identifiable information removed, is sometimes shared with third parties. Finally, we do provide personal data to government agencies as required by law or regulation.

In addition to the uses of the information described in the paragraphs above, we collect telephone numbers and e-mail addresses in the event that we have to contact the customer, or the recipient of customer shipments, to resolve a question or provide shipment status information.

We treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. Access to customer information is limited to those employees who have a legitimate business need for that information.

Retention of Customer Information

For example, we retain information about the disposition of the equipment that USTRG is contracted to retire, including models/serial numbers and addresses of origin, so that we can issue Certificates of Recycling and Data Destruction when applicable and comply with Local, State, and Federal environmental regulations. Information we collect and how we will use it 
Users can visit most areas of the USTRG Web site without revealing who they are or providing any information about themselves. However, some of our interactive services require that users identify themselves in order to enable the interactive function. We may ask users to provide some personal information in these situations.

Client Access and Contact Us 
Visitors to our sites can, if they choose, participate in the interactive functions available at "Client Access" and "Contact Us". Participants are required to complete a registration form. This form includes information such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We use the information from the registration form to enhance our services and better meet the needs and preferences of our customers. With approval, we may also send e-mails to registered users about USTRG products, services and special offers that we think may be of interest. USTRG Web site collect IP addresses for system administration, security, and statistical analysis purposes. USTRG is committed to quality, environment, health, safety, and responsible recycling and as such the following is our policy:

Quality and customer satisfaction:

  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their orders and receive exactly what they expected

  • Provide customers with a positive shopping experience. Communicate well with the customer

  • Ship product on time

  • Provide customers returning product with an efficient and effective warranty process

  • Sell quality items that work as described.


    Environmental, health, and safety:

  • Ensure employees wear all safety equipment provided where instructed

  • Keep the forklift out of human traffic zones

  • Always report any incidents, hazards, and near misses

  • Comply with relevant legal requirements

  • Prevent pollution

  • Prevent injury and illness.


    Data destruction:

  • Take responsibility for all customer data that we receive

  • Ensure that no customer data leaves the building once it has been received by USTRG

  • Ensure the quality of our data destruction processes.



  • Our main focus is to reuse electronic products and extend its lifecycle

  • Where able refurbish product in order to prevent it from getting into the waste stream.



  • If unable to reuse or recover a product, we are committed to ensuring the product is recycled responsibly through R2 compliant downstream vendors

  • We will take all practical steps to separate as appropriate, through manual dismantling and/or mechanical processing, the materials and equipment and components that are not directed to reuse or refurbishment and direct them to properly equipped materials recovery facilities

  • We will not direct material to incineration, energy recovery, or land disposal facilities unless no reuse or recycling options are available.
